What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post
it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to
theirs:
1) Making things with my hands
2) Reading
3) Spending time with my people
4) Sleeping with a cat on my chest
5) Doing something slowly, deliberately. Feeling each motion of my body, each texture. Falling into the moment, and living there for a little while.
